Soft Services Manager Location: Sanand, Gujarat, India Position Summary The Soft Services Manager will lead workplace and facility support operations to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and employee-focused environment aligned with Micron standards. The role will oversee housekeeping, hospitality, waste management, landscaping, and vendor performance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and workplace hygiene services. Oversee cafeteria, pantry, vending Machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and employee amenities. Closely work with security team - operations, access control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives. Drive waste management, recycling, pest control, and sustainability programs. Manage soft service vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews. Support facility planning, workplace upgrades, layout changes, and infrastructure projects. Applying artificial intelligence to review project costs, vendor proposals, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
