The NityaJobs platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Nityaved.com. Job listings remain the intellectual property of their respective employers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

NityaJobs is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nityaved.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of NityaJobs.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
