1. Use of Service

Nityaved provides AI-powered analysis of CVs. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Accuracy of Analysis

Our ATS scoring and AI analysis are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, our scores are estimates based on common ATS patterns and AI interpretation. A high score does not guarantee a job offer or an interview.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for full reports are one-time fees processed securely via Razorpay. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate generation of AI content, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us.

4. Intellectual Property

The Nityaved brand, logo, and the structured format of our reports are the property of Nityaved. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use your generated reports for your personal job search.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nityaved shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
