This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Lead and oversee complex accounting and financial close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, exception resolution, and period-end reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. - Serve as a subject matter expert by reviewing accounting deliverables, enhancing process documentation, providing training and mentoring, and guiding teams on complex accounting issues, process standards, and regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous improvement, exception management, and operational excellence initiatives through root cause analysis, KPI monitoring, risk identification, and implementation of process enhancements that improve data quality and service delivery. - Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with SOX, GAAP, IFRS, FASB, and regulatory requirements while supporting internal and external financial reporting obligations, including SEC and regulatory reporting. -...
