The Manager, Business Performance & Operations Transformation will support this mission by executing transformation initiatives, enabling change management activities, and driving continuous improvement across Operations. This role will lead a team based in India (approximately 6–8 team members) responsible for supporting transformation programs, change management efforts, and Continuous Improvement 2.0 (CI 2.0) mindset (CI + AI). The Manager will partner with global stakeholders to ensure effective execution, consistency of approach, and delivery of measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Execute Transformation Initiatives: Support the delivery of transformation programs by translating strategic priorities into structured workplans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution. Team Leadership & Delivery Management:Lead and develop a team responsible for supporting transformation, change management, and continuous improvement 2.0; ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables and effective workload management.
