This role combines operational leadership with engineering rigor, focusing on automation, reliability, and AI-driven operations to deliver highly resilient, scalable network services. The NOE organization is evolving from reactive incident management to a proactive, automation-driven operating model, emphasizing continuous service improvement, reduced manual intervention, and increased engineering ownership of production environments.
