The ideal candidate has strong command of SDLC processes, is fluent with Atlassian tooling, and has a track record of managing stakeholders across product, engineering, and senior leadership. This role requires someone who can run day-to-day program management with an agentic, ownership-driven mindset — proactively identifying risks, unblocking teams, and reporting on productivity without needing constant direction. Key Responsibilities• SDLC & Program Delivery:Plan, manage, and drive execution of technical programs across the full SDLC — from requirements and design through development, testing, release, and post-launch support. • Technical Program Management:Own sprint planning, backlog grooming support, release schedules, and cross-team dependency tracking for engineering programs. • Atlassian Tooling:Configure, maintain, and drive adoption of Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools for project tracking, workflows, dashboards, and documentation. • Stakeholder Management:Partner closely with product managers, engineering leads, and senior leadership to align...
