This role will assist and provide backup support to the Portfolio Analyst by helping maintain portfolio data, support reporting cycles, coordinate project documentation, and ensure portfolio management tools are accurate, current, and used consistently. The Portfolio Operations Associate will work closely with the PMO, Finance, Technology Groups, Portfolio Leads, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize portfolio and project data. This role supports the day-to-day execution of portfolio operations, including Planview data maintenance and reporting coordination, dashboard support, documentation, and process improvement.
