We are seeking an individual who thrives in ambiguity, capable of driving end-to-end process excellence and performance management with speed and precision. In this vital role, you will lead Regional Operations activities supporting product launches and lifecycle management across the US, ELMAC and JAPAC regions. You will act as the regional Operations representative for Global Product Development Teams (PDTs), Product Lifecycle Teams (PLTs), Regional Operations Team (ROTs), Launch Teams and Affiliate Supply Chain organizations, ensuring successful commercialization and lifecycle execution for existing products. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across manufacturing sites, regional planning, regulatory, commercialization and affiliate organizations to ensure timely launches, lifecycle changes and uninterrupted product supply. Success in this role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to influence a complex global matrix organization.
