In this role, you will be a member of a geographically distributed team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. This position requires technical architecture, best practices and delivery expertise and strong knowledge of the baseline ServiceNow capabilities to ensure the smooth operation and continual enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Data Architectural Governance: Define and lead the technical architecture for a large ServiceNow data platform and the accompanying Data Lake and reporting infrastructure. Govern the CMDB Taxonomy and oversee the CMDB Health remediation efforts. Authorize and manage the data exports of production data.
