We're looking for a contract Paid Social Specialist to own day-to-day execution and optimization across LinkedIn (primary) and Meta (secondary). This is a hands-on, in-platform role. Strategy, budget allocation, and cross-functional direction sit with the growth marketing manager you'll report to — your job is to take approved briefs and turn them into well-built, well-optimized, well-measured campaigns. You'll be measured on pipeline pull-through, not activity. If you like being accountable to downstream numbers and have opinions about why a campaign is or isn't converting, you'll do well here.
