Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead manufacturing area leaders in throughput meetings to define tactics and strategies for weekly output and supply plans. Articulate compelling and inspiring visions and strategies for the department. Foster an environment that encourages innovative thinking and intelligent risk-taking. Communicate department goals and provide regular updates on current status and future objectives. Operational Excellence Supervise shift crew and manage daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and cost targets. Collaborate with Module functional groups, planning, and other departments to optimize tester deployment, conversion plans, and manpower allocation. Deploy strategies to optimize manpower deployment aligned with output and cost plans. Drive efficiency in all work processes by eliminating redundant activities.
