This candidate will coordinate multi-user concurrency tests, strengthen day-to-day quality support across environments, data, interfaces, deployments, and end-to-end workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge product, engineering, QA, release management, and SaaS operations to make quality issues visible early and drive them to resolution quickly.
