What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you will: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives selling Pi Commerce. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor calling productivity, demos, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and conversions. Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching to improve team performance. Train team members on product knowledge, Meta Ads basics, objection handling, and closing techniques.
