Amgen Global Distribution Strategy Mgr remote type On Site Career Category Clinical Job Description Global Distribution Strategy Manager The Global Distribution Strategy Manager will report to the Amgen India (AIN)Global Distributor Director and operate under strategic guidance from Global Distribution functional leads.This role is a key leadership position within Amgen’s Global Supply Chain organization, responsible for leading and scaling operational support capabilities delivered through the AIN organization across global distribution strategy, analytics, digital enablement, serialization support, and supply chain security operations. This leader will drive operational excellence through analytics, governance, process standardization, and scalable support models while contributing to the broader global distribution transformation agenda. Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee AIN operational support activities across Global Distribution Strategy, Serialization, Supply Chain Security, Analytics, and Enablement functions. Support execution of global distribution strategic initiatives and transformation programs in alignment with organizational priorities and global functional leadership. Oversee the development and maintenance of global dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics capabilities delivered through the AIN support organization. Support budget consolidation activities, financial tracking, business case development, and monitoring of strategic investment and productivity initiatives across Global Distribution.
