The role is responsible for managing the Company's direct and indirect tax compliance, tax accounting, regulatory reporting, audits, and litigation while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Direct Tax, GST, tax accounting, ERP systems, and financial reporting, along with the ability to support strategic finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities- 1. Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance Manage end-to-end Direct Tax and GST compliance, including: Return filing Tax payments Reconciliations Statutory reporting Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and reporting of TDS, TCS, and other applicable taxes.
