Product Operations plays that role for Mercury's product organization—building the operating systems, programs, and rhythms that let product teams spend less time navigating process and more time building radically different banking. We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to help scale the way Mercury builds products. You'll own some of our highest-impact operating programs—from launches and onboarding to product culture and organizational planning—while continually improving how they work as the company grows. You'll partner closely with the Product Operations Manager and Product leadership to translate strategic direction into durable operating systems. Sometimes that means designing a new program from scratch. Other times it means taking something that's already working and making it dramatically better. You'll combine program leadership, operational judgment, and strong cross-functional relationships to ensure our product organization operates with clarity, consistency, and speed....
