Title and Summary Senior Systems Analyst-1 Mastercard’s People & Capability (P&C) Product organization is evolving toward an integrated, value driven product ecosystem that delivers a scalable, end to end employee experience across the hire to retire journey. We are seeking a highly analytical Compensation professional to oversee the mass processing and integration of compensation data into our core HR Systems. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in compensation program execution who possesses strong technical skills in building, validating, and loading Inbound EIB templates (Enterprise Interface Builders).
