Channel Ownership & Growth Own end-to-end affiliate channel performance from partner onboarding to scale Drive acquisition with a focus on quality metrics (IR FT), not just volume Build a sustainable and scalable affiliate growth engine 2. Partner Ecosystem Development Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, etc.), fin-influencers, publishers, and deal platforms Onboard and scale high-quality direct affiliates and strategic partners Identify and unlock new affiliate growth opportunities (content, comparison platforms, communities, etc.) 3. DRA Channel Buildout Set up and scale the DRA (Digital Referral Agent) channel Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Define onboarding, training, tracking, and payout mechanisms for DRAs 4. Performance & Optimization Optimize payouts, funnels, and landing journeys to improve CAC and conversion rates Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, messaging, and partner cohorts Improve affiliate-driven funnel metrics: Signup KYC IR FT 5.
