The position ensures alignment with organizational objectives, manages project standards, and facilitates smooth execution across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Establish & lead Governance & Reporting framework for VCC Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, templates, and processes. Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership. Planning & Coordination Support demand intake and resource planning for initiatives various engagements Facilitate SteerCo and governance meetings; prepare decks and progress reports.
