As a Corporate Development , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities. This includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, strategic alliances, divestitures, and corporate investments. You will act as a key connector between external market opportunities and internal executive leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Market IntelligenceCollaborate with senior executives to define and refine the company’s inorganic growth roadmap.Conduct continuous macroeconomic, industry research to identify emerging trends, market disruptions, and potential targets.Tracking market developments, precedent transactions, and comparable companies. Maintain a robust, proactive pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership targets. 2.
