Job Responsibilities Lead and develop a Custom layout team for Micron’s global NAND layout needs. Lead the development of analog and custom layout to achieve project schedules and achievements. Offer leadership in developing the team's technical capabilities and fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Successfully collaborating with engineering teams across India, US, Japan, and Italy to ensure the layout project’s completion. Coordinate and prioritize logistics and resources across multiple projects. Coordinate with TD, Design, CAD, and layout teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
