Careers at Morningstar Morningstar Careers Senior Accountant – Central & Nordics Role : Senior Accountant Job Description About the Role Morningstar is looking for a Senior Accountant for our Nordic & Central region to join our global Finance team, which is focused on business partnership, innovation, automation, and process improvement. As the Senior Accountant , you will support Morningstar’s local financial reporting and accounting, appropriate for a publicly traded U.S. corporation, for our operations in the region. Reporting to Morningstar’s Controller – EMEA Central & Nordics, this role will also support the processing, planning, forecasting, and analysis of the company’s local financial results, while working collaboratively with business groups and other areas of the Finance team to provide financial insight and decision-making support. This role requires close partnership with stakeholders across the region, strong coordination across multiple legal entities and external advisers, and the ability to operate effectively in a cross-border, multinational environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise across the controllership functions while working closely with experienced finance professionals.
