As a Layout Designer (2+ years of experience in layout) You must have the ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts. You must have experience of using Cadence VXL. You must have strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC & Layout issues. You must have hands-on experience in creating layouts of blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier etc. You must have good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals such as Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices etc. You must have good understanding of layout effects on the circuit such as Speed, Capacitance, Power, and Area etc. You must demonstrate a high level of technical competence.
