Working in close partnership with Talent Strategy, HR Technology, Digital, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, this role translates Talent and Performance philosophy into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve employee experience and drive business outcomes. While contributing to the evolution of Amgen's Talent and Performance philosophy, this role's primary accountability is the successful design, implementation, optimization, and governance of the systems, platforms, and operating model that bring those strategies to life. This includes identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve user experience, leverage emerging technologies, and responsibly adopt AI-enabled capabilities that strengthen talent decisions and organizational effectiveness. The Senior Manager provides strategic leadership for a Talent and Performance team based in India responsible for day-to-day execution.
