As a Growth, Process & Data Specialist at the, you will sit at the intersection of analytics, CRM, and growth strategy - owning the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers our user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you will independently drive cohort analytics, campaign attribution, CLTV modelling, and business review reporting, while acting as the primary bridge between the CRM and Data teams. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end cohort analytics across the user lifecycle - acquisition, activation, engagement, and churn - and translate insights into actionable growth strategiesDesign and maintain user scoring models (engagement, propensity-to-invest, churn risk) to enable intelligent segmentation and personalised CRM campaignsBuild and manage data pipelines and Looker Studio dashboards to provide self-serve reporting for growth, CRM, and leadership teamsDevelop and iterate on multi-touch campaign attribution models and...
