The role will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of equity programs while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and a superior employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete ESOP lifecycle, including grant creation, vesting schedules, exercises, lapses, cancellations, and exits. • Maintain accurate employee equity records and ensure timely updates in the ESOP management platform. • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external trustees/vendors for smooth execution of ESOP-related transactions. • Prepare and validate grant letters, exercise documentation, employee communications, and regulatory reports. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to equity grants and settlements. • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable statutory requirements. • Address employee...
