This role plays a critical part in enabling reliable IT operations, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making by ensuring alignment with ITIL standards.The specialist will provide hands-on technical expertise to support CMDB, Foundation Data, and CSDM initiatives, working closely with architects, developers, platform owners, and service teams to deliver configuration data across the oraganization. Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets within the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. collaborate with ServiceNow developers, solution architects, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between CMDB, discovery tools, and external systems. Monitor, analyze, and report on CMDB health metrics (e.g., completeness, correctness, compliance) and lead remediation efforts where gaps are identified.
