Reporting to the AXP Senior Manager Supply Chain, this Hyderabad-based role supports global AXP operations across the US, Europe, and JAPAC regions. The role is responsible for driving strategic improvements to AXP processes and ways of working, while delivering data-driven business insights across the organization. Working closely with the AXP Business Development Office and Amgen Digital and Technology teams, the Manager will help shape and deliver AXP’s digital strategy, solutions, and transformation initiatives. The Business Performance Manager will partner with key stakeholders across the AXP Process Framework operating model, including Global, Regional, and Site Supply Chain teams, Global Distribution, Contract Quality Management, Operations Finance, and AXP Regional Hubs, to optimize and integrate processes and systems. This role leads AXP process framework improvements with a focus on Lean Business Systems, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and digital adoption.
