The Marketplace Planning team is responsible for driving financial and business performance across Target Plus, through data-driven planning, forecasting, and optimization of key metrics such as GMV, revenue, traffic, and conversion. Role Overview TheAssociate Planner – Planner Support, Discretionarysupports Marketplace Planners by providing data-driven planning support, forecasting inputs, business case development, and decision support across discretionary businesses including Home, Fun101, A&A, and Frequency. This role works closely with Marketplace Planning,,Partner Management, and other cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured analysis,identify opportunities, and support delivery of financial and operational goals.
