SSIM, the asset management division of State Street, is one of the largest asset managers globally, with ~$6 trillion in AUM, including over $2 trillion in ETFs. The role will report to the Managing Director and Head of India Finance for the SSIM Business. The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a strategic finance leader, trusted advisor, and enterprise business partner responsible for driving financial performance, executive decision support, workforce planning, and finance transformation initiatives. This role acts as the primary FP&A partner to the Chief Business Office (CBO) organization while providing leadership, governance, and strategic direction across Business Vertical FP&A teams.
