The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VBA, Power BI, Python, SQL, HR analytics, and dashboarding, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve HR processes and decision-making. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Business Leaders to build reports, automate analytics, and deliver meaningful workforce insights. Key Responsibilities ● Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. ● Use Python and SQL to clean, analyze, and automate HR data reporting. ● Develop predictive analytics models to identify trends such as attrition risk, hiring demand, and workforce planning. ● Support AI-driven HR initiatives by leveraging Generative AI and automation tools to improve reporting and employee insights. ● Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance,...
