Amgen Sr Associate Facilities remote type On Site Career Category Logistics Job Description The Soft Services Executive will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day soft services operations across assigned Amgen facilities. The role ensures high standards of housekeeping, pantry and cafeteria services, reception, mailroom, pest control, landscaping, waste management, workplace hygiene, and employee experience while maintaining compliance with EH&S, GMP (where applicable), and Amgen workplace standards. This position requires strong operational leadership, vendor management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver an exceptional workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Workplace Operations Independently manage all soft services operations across assigned facilities. Ensure facilities consistently meet Amgen's workplace, safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Conduct regular workplace inspections and implement corrective actions. Drive service excellence through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Housekeeping & Hygiene Manage housekeeping operations, cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and hygiene standards. Monitor cleanliness of office spaces, collaboration areas, meeting rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure compliance with EH&S requirements and statutory hygiene standards.
