Our background spans NBFC operations, corporate compliance, talent acquisition, and HR policy — giving us a practical, ground-level understanding of how hiring decisions are actually made in Indian organisations.
We are not a generic tech startup that stumbled into the HR space. We came from the HR and corporate world, saw the gap, and built a solution we understand from first principles.
