At Nityaved, we stand behind every document we generate. This policy explains what is covered under our revision commitment, what falls outside its scope, and how to contact us if you are unhappy with your order.
1. Our revision commitment
Every paid order — CV, Cover Letter, or Bundle — includes one free revision request within 7 days of delivery.
If your document contains errors that are on our side — incorrect formatting, AI content mistakes, layout issues, or factual inaccuracies based on the inputs you provided — we will fix it at no extra charge.
To request a revision, email contactus@nityaved.com with:
- Your order ID
- A clear description of what needs to be fixed
Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
2. What revisions cover
Revisions are available for:
- AI-generated content errors
- Formatting or layout issues in the PDF
- Typst compilation errors affecting readability
- Factual mistakes based on the inputs you submitted
3. What revisions do not cover
Revisions do not apply to:
- Changes to your original inputs after submission
- Template or style preference changes
- Rewrites requested because you want different content (not because the output was incorrect)
- Requests made after the 7-day window has closed
For any of the above, a new order is required.
4. Refunds
All purchases on Nityaved are final once the document generation pipeline has been triggered.
We do not offer refunds on completed orders.
If you are unhappy with your output, please contact us at contactus@nityaved.com — we will always work with you within the revision scope above to make it right.
5. ATS Report
The Full ATS Analysis Report is generated immediately upon payment and delivery. Due to the instant nature of this product, it is non-refundable and not eligible for revision once generated. If you experience a technical issue with the report (broken PDF, missing content), contact us and we will regenerate it.
